Return Process

  1. Call 1-877-616-7842 to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  2. Download and complete our Return Form (PDF).
  3. Include a copy of the receipt and the completed return form, specifying whether you want an exchange or refund.
  4. Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, worn, or have odors that prevent resale.
